Hey I'll probably be sending them back sometime in October. Just let me know what seasons of Alias you'd like (and any others); you can pay me back whenever.
Marathon update: FotR and TTT down, about to start RotK.
ichiosarius --- Okie-dokie!
The Fell Bat --- We own all three Extended Editions. We've seen the easter eggs many, many times :) In fact, they're always the first things we watched as we acquired each DVD in turn.
Did a movie make a fan out of you? Which means are you one those those LOTR-converts after the movie came out? Well, we all probably are, considering the relative obscurity of the Lord of the Rings novels before the movie came out.
12 hours of LOTR madness. You've got a great deal of visual stamina.
I confess that although I enjoy science fiction and fantasy, I'd always put off reading LotR because I'm a wimp. (For the same reason, I'm probably the only lit major who's never read a Dickens or Joyce novel in full.)
Having the movies drove me to finally read the books, which I thoroughly enjoyed --- although I must further confess that I skipped over a lot of the songs and Elvish.
The 12 hours wasn't as bad as I'd feared. Previous Star Wars (original trilogy) and Indiana Jones viewings have wiped me out before.
