The thing about eating week-old Lana cake straight out of the fridge is that even though it doesn't taste as good as when it's fresh, it's still miles and away better than the chocolate cake you'd get at most cafes in town
and there's still tantalizing hints of its buttery goodness in every bite, enough to make you happily recall the taste of fresh cake and all the past experiences of eating it.

The secret ingredient is probably 4 sticks of butter per pound. :)
