Mid-morning snack

It is a very strange thing to be eating Khong Guan biscuits, while researching the founders of the Khong Guan Company.

I miss Khong Guan biscuits. They are *quality*. Especially the chocolate cream ones - when you squish them, the cream wiggles out from the holes in the biscuit like little earthworms.

My favourite is the lemon cream ones myself, though they do crumble so once you bite into them!

So this post made me go and buy Khong Guan biscuits when I was at my neighbourhood provision shop this afternoon. I now have lemon puff and custard cream biscuits sitting in one of my tupperware boxes.

There would be chocolate cream too, but I've been eating loads of those at work so it's good to have a different variety at home.

Hope you guys manage to get some in your respective countries for yourself!

You could, y'know, buy a packet or tin of the biscuits and get the information off the nutrition label :P

I know shockingly little about the composition of the food I eat (and love to eat). Besides, if I knew the nutritional facts about Khong Guan biscuits, there is the possibility that I would feel great guilt whenever I eat them, and we just can't have that, not when they're both delicious and deliciously cheap.
